Crossfit and a sex doll.

I have been working out pretty consistently and have been weightlifting for a while, but I decided that I wanted to do something more. I have been thinking about trying CrossFit but I am scared to do it alone. I mentioned the idea to my husband and he said he was interested in trying it too. I am really interested in lifting heavy and getting more physical strength.  I am really proud that I have lost over 100 pounds, but I will say my body isn't exactly how I imagined it would be. I pretty much feel like this...  It's weird how your body just kind of deflates. My skin is weird. I am not really comfortable with my arms or thighs - hello short and tank top season. I also hoped my stomach would go away and while it is smaller it's just a smaller deflated version of what it was. I was morbidly obese and had a child. My stomach will probably never be viewed by anyone and that is fine, but when you look at this as motivation  and then you get t

It has been about three weeks since I shared my food on my blog so I am only going to share my favorite recipes.  This is an easy salad recipe that is SO yummy.  With only a few ingredients, it is fast and cheap.  I mix one bag of broccoli slaw with one can of tuna and some chopped onion, raisins, pecans, mustard, curry powder, and Tessemaes black pepper dressing.  I serve it with avocado or fruit. I have made this salad with chicken as well, but it's easier to just open a can of good tuna.  Plantain chip chicken. SO GOOD  Dredge your chicken tenders in almond flour  Dip in beaten eggs  Then coat in crushed plantain chips.  Place in a coconut oil lightly greased baking dish.  Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.  I roasted broccoli to go with it and served it with curry mustard for a dipping sauce. PERFECT Baked sweet potato with sausage and zucchini and squash. The passion tea at Starbucks is

My decision to do a 5k every month for the next year has proven to be one of my best goals. I officially love running and CAN run. I ran my fastest mile this past week at 9:23 and yesterday I completed my fastest 5k at 32:35! My usual running buddy Sarah was there and she came SECONDS from completing under 30 minutes, which is my next major goal. And yesterday Danielle completed her very first 5k and signed up for the next few months of races with me. SO EXCITED.  I love how running makes me feel strong and capable. ESPECIALLY yesterdays time. In January I did a 38 minute race. I have shaved off 6 whole minutes in just two months!!!  I try to run at least 3 days a week and I vary distance and speed runs. I run at a normal 5.0-5.5 pace for 20-30 minutes and then one day I will run the fastest mile I can trying to get up to 7.2 speeds towards the end as long as I can keep it. I have been logging several under 10 minute miles and I think that i
