Round 2: 1st Five Days
DAY ONE: Breakfast was scrambled eggs with spinach and roasted sweet potatoes Lunch was a quick snack type meal because it got late. I had some dates and pecans. For dinner I made steak stir fry with frozen stir fry veggies, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts. Sauteed the steak with onions, garlic, and coconut oil then added in all the veggies and seasoned. DAY TWO: I only had half a banana for breakfast this morning and some coffe!
