44 DAYS!
My Whole30 turned Whole60 is the BEST thing ever. I am ONE freaking pound away from my 80 pound goal. I CAN'T EVEN! My hope is that tomorrow morning I will weigh in and it's gone. I feel like maybe the sky will open and all the angels will sing.

I served it with roasted brussel sprouts
This was Danielle's crock pot fix. She made sweet potato chili and it was awesome.
Egg Roll bowls! So easy - just 1 lb ground beef and 1 bag of coleslaw mix.
Beef and broccoli with sautéed onions. The "sauce" I made was coconut aminos, mustard, vinegar, and chili paste.

Sweet potato chili with avocado, an applegate farms hot dog, and kombucha

I baked onions and cut up cabbage tossed in a little oil, salt and pepper, with buffalo andouille

Grapes, pickles, and broccoli salad (just a bag of broccoli salad mix with primal kitchens mayo, vinegar, and curry powder, with raisins and pecans tossed in)
Pumpkin curry!
Pumpkin puree, coconut milk, curry paste, onions, peppers, and chicken all cooked down in the crock pot. I topped it with toasted coconut and pepitas.
Aidells chicken apple sausage, onions, and spinach topped with Ghee fried eggs and a side of cantaloupe and bananas.

I only have 16 days left, but with food this yummy I really think I will just eat whole30 until Thanksgiving. I am going to try to make most of my food Paleo over the holiday so that I don't gain any weight back. I can already see 2016 is gonna be the best year EVER.
