WHOLE 90!

December has arrived and I am now only three months away from my ONE YEAR mark on this journey. Can you believe I have stayed committed this long?
I am not just saying "I want it" I am saying "I am doing it!"

I decided that with three months left I am going to really push myself and do a Whole90. My Whole60 was EASY BREEZY and made me feel FIERCE. This Whole90 hopefully will push me to my major goal of being down 100 pounds. Christmas without sugar sounds a little scary doesn't it?

I WILL SURVIVE!
Cake and cookies and fudge and those awesome ginger snaps my father in law always has - they are GOOD! You know what else is good? Sweet potatoes, and bacon, and avocado, and eggs, and fruit. OH and losing 100 pounds... that's also good.

Whole90 BREAKFAST

Banana with almond butter and cacao nibs

Broccoli, mushrooms, aidells chicken sausage, and scrambled eggs

Spinach, aidells chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, and a banana

Strawberries and a banana bread larabar

Whole90 LUNCH

Fruit, hard boiled egg, two pieces of applegate compliant turkey, pineapple, strawberries, olives, and a little apple salad

Taco seasoned zucchini and beef with avocado, onion, and cilantro

Fruit and my favorite egg roll bowl

More taco zucchini beef with avocado and a That's It bar

Whole90 DINNER

I cooked a pork roast in the crock pot with onions, jalapeno, and salsa verde and served it with avocado and sauteed zucchini

Leftover lamb shepherds pie with broccoli and mushrooms

Grilled chicken with roasted rosemary potatoes and green beans

I have my next 5k tomorrow and I am going to kill it. Doing Whole30 makes your body feel good and work right. I truly can't imagine not being Whole30.

Today I decided to look at some old photos for continuing motivation...
