INSPIRE PEOPLE
In the past few months I have inspired six people to try whole30 (and if you want to count their husbands doing it with them eight people!)
Inspiring others to change how they eat is motivation to not stop!
I absolutely love whole30 it has completely changed my life. Not only has it helped me lose 65 pounds, but it has helped me to view food differently. I used to binge eat and eat anything and everything that I craved with no care of what it actually contained and what it would do to my body.
Whole30 really cleans your body and mind of all those unhealthy habits and when you're not in a whole30 round you are able to consciously decide what you're eating and if it's not whole30 compliant eat it without binging out or losing control. I only have two days in my 30 day round, but like I said in the last post I will probably go beyond the 30 days. This is my second full round and I can say that I will probably be whole30 for life. I will mostly consume compliant foods with the occasional splurge and truly everyone should be eating this way.

Today I got crushed tomatoes, kale, carrots, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, snap peas, asparagus, brussel sprouts, acorn squash, potatoes, strawberries, honey crisp apples, bananas, whole chicken, tilapia, chicken breast, and ground pork. I am about to prep this weeks lunches which will be pork, apple, and brussel stuffed acorn squash and chicken with mushrooms and asparagus. This week for dinner we will have kale stew, roast chicken and veggies, and fish and roasted veggies. For breakfast I will have fruit and my compliant meal bars. BOOM week planned and no failure ahead.
Over the past week here are some of the meals I have had.
Sauteed veggies with coconut amino
With cajun spiced baked catfish
coffee, pumpkin spice rx bar, and a banana
chipotle chili with sweet potatoes
green chili burgers with serrano, onion, and avocado served with mini red potatoes
salad, coconut lime chicken, and mini potatoes
Grilled steaks with green beans and sautéed onions and mushrooms
more sweet potato chili with avocado
Jasons deli salad bar
veggie scrambled eggs with bacon and fruit
onion, potato, and aidells chicken apple sausage scramble
pre workout snack of dates and pecans
brisket with tessemaes bbq sauce and salad with tessemaes ranch
Veggies, fruit, nuts, and meat are all delicious. Everyone eats them. Your addicted to sugar and grains I promise you can have a normal life without consuming them all the time. I know some people have a mentality that cutting things out of your diet is unhealthy but do not knock it until you try it. "Really no legumes? No whole grains? These are part of a healthy balanced diet." Maybe but do what works for you. THIS has worked for me and it's not just about weight loss. The people who created this "program" if you want to call it that were already healthy fit individuals looking to make themselves the BEST they could be. Whole30 is really about complete body health. Read their book and do your research. Cut out grains, dairy, legumes, and sugar for 30 days and see what happens.
